If you have a ClickBank receipt for this product, visit ClickBank Customer Support to locate your purchase and the available order-support options. Check that your receipt names the correct product and seller.
Our live checkout is not yet enabled. The free studio does not take payment, and its demonstration order references are not ClickBank purchases.

Missing Aura Sketches, incomplete readings, artwork-generation errors, photo-upload problems, broken downloads, access issues, and privacy or deletion requests may require manual assistance. We cannot currently receive those requests directly through this website.
For an existing paid order, use the verified seller-contact details on your purchase receipt or the support options associated with that order. Include your order reference, purchase date, checkout email, and a short description. Do not send passwords, full card details, private reading links, or photographs through unofficial channels.
Self-service access and privacy help
- Open your current studio reading in the browser that created it. If you previously saved a private return link, use that link to recover the completed reading on another device.
- For interrupted generation, reopen the studio and use the retry option if available. Do not treat a failed preparation as a payment or refund event.
- For photo-upload errors, use a supported JPG, PNG, or HEIC file up to 3 MB, or continue with a symbolic portrait without a photo.
- Use privacy controls in your original browser to remove a reference photograph, withdraw stored marketing consent, or delete the current profile and its files. If both quiz and studio profiles exist, delete the studio first, then repeat for the quiz.
Profiles and online readings expire after 30 days. Clearing cookies can prevent access without deleting the server records. Manual assistance for lost sessions or other privacy rights requests remains unavailable until a verified support channel is published. Read the Privacy Policy for data handling and rights.
Refund Requests
Read our Refund Policy and use ClickBank’s order-support process for an actual ClickBank purchase. The intended 365-day merchant guarantee is not active. The complete extended-window refund process and verified merchant contact must be in place before purchases open.
Email subscriptions
MailerLite subscriptions and promotional email delivery are not active. You can withdraw a saved marketing choice through the privacy controls; product delivery permissions and marketing consent are separate.
