This policy explains how My Spiritual Drawings handles information on this website, including Aura Sketch & Personal Reading. Other offers require their own product-specific disclosures before launch.

Current service

The aura quiz and demonstration studio are available. The studio can create private AI-assisted artwork and readings without payment or login. Checkout, paid fulfillment, transactional email, and marketing email delivery are not active. Supplying an email address does not currently trigger delivery.

Information we collect

How we use information

We use your details to save your profile, calculate symbolic aura colors, Sun sign and numerology, create personalized artwork and written readings, prepare digital downloads, restore authorized access, and protect the website. Support information is used to investigate issues and privacy requests when a support channel is available. Purchased-product delivery and purchase-status verification require live payment and fulfillment integrations before activation. Marketing requires a separate opt-in; it is not a condition of receiving the product.

Astrology, numerology, and aura colors are symbolic interpretations, not scientific measurements. Your birth date is used for calculations on our server; generation prompts use the calculated signature rather than the original date. Your email is not included in the creative prompts.

Optional photographs and AI processing

You can choose a symbolic portrait without uploading a photo. With your separate photo-processing permission, the studio sends your reference photograph and the personalization details needed for the artwork through Netlify AI Gateway to Google Gemini. Google Gemini also generates and reviews artwork and written readings using your first name, quiz answers, calculated symbolic profile, preferences, and generated portrait. This processing is already used by the demonstration studio; it is not limited to future purchases.

Saved JPG, PNG, and HEIC photographs are decoded, orientation-corrected, and converted to JPEG with EXIF/GPS metadata removed. Saved reference photographs are private. We do not publish them in galleries, testimonials, or advertisements or use them to train models. Upload consent grants no permission for those uses; any such use would require separate permission and any other legal requirements.

Google and Netlify process requests under their own service terms. Provider-side retention and training treatment depend on the applicable service and account terms and have not been verified for this offer; we cannot promise immediate provider deletion, zero retention, or provider-side training exclusion. Review Google Gemini API terms, Google’s privacy policy, and Netlify’s privacy policy. Choose a symbolic portrait if you do not want your photograph sent to the provider. Removing a photo cannot recall processing already submitted.

Storage, security, and international processing

Profile and consent records, generation state, and readings are stored in Netlify Database. Reference photographs and generated artwork/PDF files are stored privately in Netlify Blobs. Netlify hosts the website and runs its server functions. Hosting and AI providers may process information internationally, including in the United States; this service does not promise processing only in your home country. Exact provider processing locations and applicable transfer arrangements require verification before paid launch.

Random HttpOnly, SameSite session cookies identify the quiz and studio separately. Personal details are not stored in local storage or placed in public page URLs. Completed readings can have a private signed return link: anyone holding it can access that reading until expiry or revocation. Keep it confidential. Our pages also load Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address and browser request information. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Retention, access, and deletion

Quiz and studio profiles expire 30 days after creation. Associated reference photographs, generated readings, order snapshots, and downloads follow that profile expiry; online access ends at expiry. Replacing or explicitly deleting a saved reference photograph removes it earlier. Deleting only the photograph leaves completed artwork and readings available until their own expiry; the finished artwork may still depict your likeness. Delete the full profile to remove those artifacts too.

An hourly production cleanup processes up to 100 expired profiles per run and removes linked records and files. Physical deletion can lag expiry when cleanup has a backlog or fails; previews do not run scheduled cleanup. Netlify logs and backups follow Netlify’s separate retention practices, and provider copies are subject to the provider’s terms. A separate log or backup deletion deadline is not guaranteed.

Use privacy controls in your original browser to delete a reference photograph, withdraw marketing consent, or delete your current profile, linked reading, and downloads. If both studio and quiz profiles exist, controls act on the studio first; after deleting it, repeat for the quiz. Clearing cookies removes access but does not delete server records. Previously downloaded copies remain on your device.

No live transaction records are currently created. If purchasing opens, records required for accounting, fraud prevention, refunds, disputes, or legal duties may need to be retained after a deletion request. The applicable categories, legal basis, and retention periods must be published before live purchasing; this does not authorize indefinite retention of current demonstration profiles.

Payment information

Purchasing is currently unavailable. When ClickBank is the configured retailer, ClickBank handles payment details under its own terms and privacy policy. This website does not collect or store payment-card numbers. A demonstration order, return URL, or thank-you screen is not payment confirmation.

Marketing emails

Marketing consent is separate, optional, and unchecked by default. Consent choices are recorded separately from product personalization and delivery permissions. MailerLite and promotional email sequences are not currently integrated; selecting the checkbox does not subscribe you to an active mailing service. Any future activation requires provider disclosures and a working unsubscribe process. You can withdraw the stored choice through our privacy controls.

Your privacy rights and requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to your local data-protection authority. Withdrawal does not undo prior lawful processing. We may need proportionate identity verification before disclosing or changing private information. Rights and legal exceptions depend on your jurisdiction.

A verified merchant support address has not yet been published, so requests that require manual assistance cannot currently be submitted directly to us here. Do not send private photographs or identity documents to unofficial addresses.

Children and policy updates

This service is intended for adults. Do not submit children’s personal information or photographs. Changes appear on this page with a revised date. Material changes to photo processing, providers, or purchasing require updated disclosures and any consent required by law.
