Your Spirit Animal privacy controls
Your name, birth date, quiz answers, optional email and artwork preferences are saved privately for this experience and linked to your browser session. Profiles expire after 30 days. Generated reading and artwork use Netlify AI Gateway; email and your full birth date are excluded from generation prompts. The studio sends your first name, derived birth symbolism, quiz themes, and creative preferences to Google Gemini. No photograph is needed for an animal portrait.
With your separate photo consent, the quiz saves your original photograph and an optimized, orientation-corrected preview in private storage. Only your current quiz session can display the preview. Photos are not published in galleries, included in analytics, sent for AI processing, or used for model training. They do not influence your animal match. You can replace your photograph in the quiz before continuing. Both versions and any incomplete uploads follow the profile’s 30-day expiry and hourly cleanup; the deletion control below removes them earlier. Cleanup may be delayed by a backlog, and preview deployments do not run scheduled cleanup.
Birth symbolism and animal archetypes are for personal reflection and entertainment. Your animal match comes from all six answers; your birth date does not affect scoring.
These controls select your studio profile first, then your separate quiz profile. After deleting your studio profile, repeat to remove the quiz profile. Deletion removes linked stored artwork, readings, and downloads. Copies already downloaded cannot be recalled. These controls apply only to Spirit Animal profiles.
Marketing emails require a separate optional opt-in. When enabled, the Spirit Animal quiz subscription uses MailerLite and shares only your email and first name; source and consent metadata are shared where the hosted form supports them. Your photograph, birth date, answers, and reading are not shared with MailerLite. Marketing consent is recorded separately from permission to process your reading. Unsubscribe through the link in promotional emails. Deleting a local profile does not delete a MailerLite contact.
Checkout links open the designated ClickBank products. Paid verification, automated fulfillment, email delivery, and delivery deadlines remain unconfigured. The separately labeled public studio is a demonstration and does not confirm a purchase.
